Turbine housing

These turbine housings had reached the end of their useful life, and showed severe wear on the sealing surfaces, making them unfit for use.

After studying and selecting a material with better serviceability than the original, the surface to be filled was cleaned by machining, followed by laser resurfacing until the lost thickness was recovered. After final machining, the component met the manufacturer's specifications.

This piece has already been reinstalled, and thanks to the material supplied, it will have a longer life than the original, so its owner will be able to extract more than double the benefit.
