Pedro brings more than four decades of experience in managing heat treatment companies. His comprehensive vision, technical judgment, and in-depth knowledge of material behavior provide a solid foundation for the project from the outset.
Javier leads the company's daily operations. His background in mechanical engineering, his specialization in materials technology, and his direct experience with the laser cladding process, from research to practical application in an industrial setting, define Vanguard's technical approach and execution capability.
