What thicknesses can be applied?
From 100 microns to several millimeters, depending on the material and the required application.

Extension:
Laser cladding is a Direct Energy Deposition additive manufacturing technology, which comes in two main forms. The first is conventional laser cladding, which allows for layers from one millimeter to, in theory, infinity, if the specific material allows it. The second is high-speed laser cladding, which is capable of generating layers with a thickness of around 100 microns.
